Samsung announced on January 6, 2011 that the company is going to partner with Comcast and Time Warner for offering cable content on Samsung's mobile device Galaxy Tab and connected TVs later this year, according to two press releases by Samsung. It is reported that Comcast’s Xfinity TV service will be available on Samsung’s Galaxy Tab and connected TVs. As per the deal with Time Warner, Time Warner customers will be able to access their cable subscription on Samsung's Galaxy Tab and connected TVs.
